We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a deep understanding of NLP, and the ability to work across the entire stack, from theoretical problem-solving to the practical aspects of productionizing models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Development: Engage with complex NLP theoretical challenges, crafting specialized solutions for AI security.
2. Model Development: Innovate, design, train, and refine cutting-edge NLP models tailored to our mission.
3. Model Deployment: Partner with engineers to embed models into production, ensuring their consistent performance and reliability.
4. Staying Updated: Proactively immerse yourself in the latest developments in NLP and AI security, ensuring our approaches remain at the industry's forefront.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP.
2. Proficiency in popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
3. Experience working with LLMs.
4. Experience working with Relational Databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
5. Good programming capabilities in Python.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment.
