As part of the Data Operations team in the AI org at Salesforce, you will be responsible for annotating various types of data for GenAI, Machine Learning training, validation, and testing.

Your work will directly impact Salesforce's abilities to deliver accurate and trustworthy Artificial Intelligence products. This position is a unique opportunity to specialize in the exciting world of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and annotating data sets for AI models
  • Analyzing outputs and accuracy of AI models
  • Help fine-tuning Generative AI prompts in development and production
  • Delivering & presenting insights to partners

Required Qualifications

  • English speaker - a must
  • Ability to work thoroughly on large data sets with a strong passion for organization - a must
  • Strong technical orientation and ability to work in a highly technological team and environment
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data-quality operations
  • BA in Linguistics or Quantitative fields
  • Experience with AI, ML, and NLP with Python
  • Experience with Bots / Conversation Design
  • Experience with customer service/sales processes -
