Fiverr is looking for an AI Guild Manager to speed up everything we do, pushing our “AI First” state of mind and accelerating the implementation of AI technology and tools within the company.

Reporting to the CEO, the AI Guild Manager is pivotal in driving the company's strategic development and implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives. This role involves a deep understanding of AI technologies such as LLM and NLP, GenAI in vision and Video, Audio, and Recommendation systems. Product and business orientation as well as hands-on experience and passion to explore, develop, test, and hack.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Lead the execution of AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering business value.
• Ideation of AI initiatives and solutions to hack first principal problems, accelerate growth, and improve velocity.
• Identify and lead by example (hands-on) and demonstrate/suggest how the opportunity can be solved using AI while working with the production teams on delivering the solutions.
• Establish and strengthen Fiverr AI tech's base (infrastructure, tools, environments). Lead through hands-on solutions: examples, POCs for how it can be done.
• Share and spread the know-how -hands-on training throughout the organization so their knowledge is shared with the teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies, tools, and methodologies. Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with business needs.
• Facilitate collaboration between the AI Guild and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into various business processes.
• Implement training programs to upskill existing staff and enhance AI capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• AI Geek: a deep understanding of AI tools, technologies, and implementation strategies.
• Tech savvy: comfortable navigating and leveraging various technological tools and platforms.
• A leader with a hands-on approach, actively engaging with tools.
• Entrepreneur state of mind and strong business understanding.
• Former experience of at least 8 years in Data Science/Software Engineering/Product Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/engineering, etc.
• Proven experience in managing AI projects or teams.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to align AI initiatives with business goals.
