NESS is looking for a Software Development Manager.
The position includes managing about 50 employees in a large project.
As part of the role, the development manager will serve as a professional authority in all matters related to code development processes, software development methodologies and software version testing.
The position includes responsibility for system development and maintenance, managing the day-to-day operations and bug fixes.
In addition, guidance and training for new software developers, working with infrastructure teams, DBA and DEVOPS.
Also, direct and ongoing contact with the client regarding version management, defining changes, compliance with SLA.
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in leading large development teams, testing teams and operations teams in a number of sites - is a mandatory.
• Experience in applied operation of complex systems and high availability level – is a mandatory.
• Experience of at least 10 years in development in a Microsoft and MS-SQL environment- is a mandatory.
• Experience in managing work plans, close monitoring of version schedules and software testing management - is a mandatory.
• Extensive experience working with TFS to manage development processes and mandatory tests- is a mandatory.
• Flexibility for dynamic changes according to changing priorities of project and client needs - is a mandatory.
• Development experience in a cloud environment – is an advantage
