We are looking for an experienced Deep Learning Team Leader with proven capabilities to lead the development of new products from concept to production.

In this role, you will be working with a highly talented team to drive UVeye’s inspection portfolio, while leading a diverse algorithm solution of Computer Vision and Machine and Deep Learning.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Define Machine/Deep Learning problems and solutions considered key value for the Automotive users (e.g., Used Car Managers, Service Advisors, Fleet Managers, etc).
• Design and develop novel robust and efficient Machine Learning/ Computer vision and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Combine the proper algorithm method to the problem - computer vision and machine/Deep Learning.
• Evaluate and benchmark different algorithms on unique proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.

Here’s what you need:

• 5+ years of industry experience in the development and productization of Machine Learning/ Computer vision and Deep Learning algorithms.
• 3+ years of experience working on major Vision problems in the fields of Detection, Classification, and Segmentation.
• Experience in managing different algorithm team members such as ML & CV developers
• Experience with Major Deep Learning Frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Hands-on research and industry experience in Deep Learning with an emphasis on data management and utilization.
• Comfortable in the unexplored territory (deep understanding of the model technologies and what needs to be changed to suit to UVeye’s needs).
• Good communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Good time management, task prioritization skills, and accountability.
• Experience in the fields of: Semi-supervised learning/ Unsupervised learning/ Active learning/ Reinforcement learning/ Radiance fields/ Tracking / Identification / Image Retrieval / Anomaly Detection / Pose Estimation / OCR - Advantage
