About the role:
· Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Utilize statistical methods to interpret and analyze complex data sets, providing valuable insights.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
· Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
· Implement predictive modeling techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and trends.
· Plan and analyze effective A/B tests to improve business KPIs.
· Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
· Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is integrated into strategies.
Job responsibilities:
· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst- is a must.
· Proficient in SQL-MUST.
· Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and the ability to align data analytics with marketing objectives.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Problem-Solving Skills: demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions using data-driven approaches.
· Experience with programming languages such as Python - advantage.
· Bachelors or higher degrees in statistics, data science, engineering, economics, or a related field.
