Job Description

Seeking a skilled Data/BI Analyst to drive data-driven insights and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quantitative data analysis, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity and flow.
  • Develop & Maintain BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to articulate the value of each dashboard/analysis/report, and how to use it.
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements.
  • Support analytical meetings and training sessions of analytical deliverables.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
  • Experience in Redash, Tableau or Power BI or other visualization tools for data visualization.
  • Strong SQL skills for database querying and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of data governance, KPI tracking, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and version control systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in quantitative analysis and data governance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Experience in analyzing business data in startup environments - advantage
