About The Team

As a member of our dynamic group, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire user journey, from the moment they sign up to becoming long-term, satisfied users. Our group owns various domains, including Frontend Foundation, IAM, Transaction and Account Auditing, Self Serve Account and Subscription Management, Developer Platform, and Developer Experience. This means you'll be shaping the future of Fireblocks through an array of developer-centric products such as UI Interfaces, APIs, and SDKs.

What You'll Do

Ownership of Large Tasks and Features: Take ownership of significant tasks and features from their early requirements stages. Demonstrate strong leadership by understanding the requirements, creating clear design and quality plans, and maintaining full clarity throughout the development process.

Independent Problem Solving: Exhibit technical expertise by independently resolving complex technical challenges that may arise during the development and operation of the product

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation to manage all dependencies associated with the wallet operation

Scalability and Performance: Optimize the system to handle high loads and large-scale transaction requests, and work on continuous improvements for scalability and performance

What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience as a Backend or Fullstack (with at least 70% backend) Engineer.

A security-oriented approach and mindset.

• Experience working with a relational database.
• Experience working with NodeJS \ Typescript - Strong Advantage.
• Extensive background in developing cloud native applications, deploying and owning distributed high available scalable services.
• Experience in leading large projects \ features from initial Design through full development lifecycle.
• Experience with K8S - Advantage.
• Experience developing a SaaS platform - Advantage.
• Experience with Blockchain - Advantage.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team - Advantage.
• Experience with blockchain or cryptography - an advantage.
• Experience working with BigData \ Data Lake - an advantage.
