We’re looking for an engineering leader to manage one of our Backend engineering teams. Someone who is passionate about advanced technologies and people (The order doesn’t matter). Someone who can manage complex projects, with an execution-oriented mindset and meet deadlines.

As a team lead, you will:

· Build our state-of-the-art machine and deep learning intelligence backend engine, retrieving insights from structured and unstructured data utilizing graph, NLP, Anomaly detection and other deep learning algorithms.

· Lead all aspects of software development in the team - from technologies stack, quality, scalability, security, to processes and people development.

· Work on complex services and data flows with cutting edge technologies such as Spark, K8, Object store and Graph databases.

· Drive technical excellence, high product quality, and timely delivery to meet company business goals.

· Hire, retain and lead a team of talented engineers.

If you have:

· At least 3 years’ experience as a hands-on team lead

· Significant experience in Scala or other high-level languages

· Hands-on experience working with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, flink

· Experience in databases - Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse, JanusGraph or equivalent

· B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

It would be great if you also have:

· Experience in algorithms development and model serving.

· Experience in functional programming
