The role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our TV platform backend team.

In this role, you will play a major role of the development of our high-scale project using cutting-edge technologies on multiple services and take a crucial part in bringing TV streaming services to millions of homes worldwide.

The day-to-day

• Significant experience with one of the backend languages such as Go, .NET core, Java
• Provide technical leadership for a team of developers working on a complex microservices-based SaaS TV platform.
• Drive the technical vision and strategy by guiding and developing innovative solutions that enhance stability and efficiency while ensuring alignment with business goals and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and other dev teams

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• B.Sc/Master in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Extensive expertise in server-side development using GO or .NET framework
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed solutions, demonstrating a strong proficiency in building robust and scalable systems
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in developing and delivering complex SaaS applications
• Experience with infrastructure components such as Kafka, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, CouchBase, Redis,MSSQL
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new technical concepts quickly and independently

These would also be nice:

• Experience in Node.JS or Python, bash development
• Good understanding of working with Kubernetes containers
• Experience designing and implementing AWS Cloud services
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
