This is a full-time hybrid role of Tech Lead Backend located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. The Tech Lead Backend will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable architecture, developing high-quality code, and reviewing code contributions. The Tech Lead Backend will also be responsible for overseeing the deployment process, ensuring that best practices and standards are followed, and maintaining the codebase.

• Expert-level backend development skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go
• Experience leading and managing teams of developers
• Experience with database management and design
• Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
