Senior Computer Vision Engineer
LiteBC is an exciting early-stage MedTech startup developing ground-breaking hematology analysis technology.
Position: On this position you will be focused at achieving LiteBC’s state-of-the-art (SOTA) prediction quality of quantitative analysis of blood count data. The work is novel and unique, based on data from LiteBC’s non-invasive blood analysis device, the HemoScope.
The research covers detection algorithms, segmentation, writing custom architectures for prediction.
Your stack: 60% Deep Learning Computer Vision RnD, 20% classical CV, 20% data engineering and MLOps, code review.
Position requirements include:
- Lead R&D projects: Developing deep learning pipelines for object detection, segmentation and selection. Researching for SOTA solutions for image analysis.
- Data engineering and MLops.
- Leading a project. Implementing proper workflow processes within the team. Code review and advising other team members.
About you: MS/PhD in Computer Sciences (or equivalent)
- Proved ability to read and reproduce scientific papers on computer vision.
- 3+ years experience in Deep Learning related to computer vision and imaging analysis.
- You are writing clear code, working in branches, covered with tests and use python typings.
- Your stack is: pytorch, bash, docker, data/model version control.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices e.g. code reviews, CI/CD.
- Beneficial: Kaggle master, in leaderboard of data science contests.
