We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual, entrepreneurial in spirit, with a genuine curiosity about technology and a proven track record in a team, including hands-on mentorship and contribution to complex code.

Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, appraises, pays, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).

Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for a cloud product. With a focus on surpassing customer expectations and achieving high quality and on-time delivery.

Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms.

Someone who can understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Creates, documents, and executes software designs which may involve significant re-architecture of important systems, defining and coordinating implementation of wide-reaching impacts.

Acts as technical lead of projects that span multiple areas of a product. Sets the technical direction for the product. Promotes innovation through the ability to introduce new technology/knowledge into multiple areas of a product and to our people.

Someone who can solve the most complex of technical problems. Technical Lead in guiding junior engineers. Works without supervision on the most complex projects with complete latitude for independent judgment and technical expertise. Advanced knowledge of the field. Assist with less experienced peers.

Role Objectives:

• Expertise in Cloud Development and Architecture: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with a preference for candidates with AWS experience.
• Hands-On Involvement: Expected to be directly involved in technical activities for 20% of the role.
• International Team Management: Capable of effectively managing a diverse, international team. With at list 2 years of experience in managing.
• Proficient in CI/CD and SDLC: Demonstrated experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
