As we expand our presence in the LATAM region, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Analyst at Entain, you will be instrumental in improving and optimizing the overall customer experience across our products in the LATAM region. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, feedback, and interactions to drive data-driven decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze customer segments to identify opportunities for enhancing their experiences.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels (e.g., surveys, reviews, support interactions) to identify pain points, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Create and maintain customer journey maps to visualize and understand the end-to-end customer experience. Identify touchpoints where improvements can be made.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams to align on data-driven strategies and initiatives to enhance CX and implement consistent analytical metrics around complex business issues and processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
- Proactively monitor key metrics, identifying unusual performance and highlighting to the business potential areas of both risk and opportunity.
- Build relationships with business leaders across the team, promoting the CX Analytics team’s capabilities and ensuring we remain front of mind for colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with all analysts within the wider team
Requirements:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in customer experience (CX) analytics, customer insights, or related Product analytics roles, preferably in the sports betting or gaming industry.
- Expert knowledge of SQL with a thorough understanding of database structure and logic
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python / R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
