Team Leader C++ (Linux)

Looking for a Team Leader to join a team of strong developers, in a company creating high-end automatic financial trading systems for global tier 1/2 banks.

Responsibility will include:

• Leading the team, incl. communication with the customer as to his business requirements and expectations
• Working on a module / subject
• Giving a hand with emergencies in other modules (i.e. you will be familiar with the entire system)
• Going full cycle, from spec through design and coding to unit tests

Skills & Experience needed:

• Team leading relevant experience
• 4 years or more of development experience, mainly C/C++
• Extensive Knowledge in Linux environment.
• Strong Multi threading background
• Fluent English

Advantage:

• Experience in the financial industry and algorithms
• Experienced in High performance or High load software systems, code optimization and latency measurement
• Exposure to a wide range of systems, software and libraries.
• Scripting experience (bash, python)

• Note: Work from the office (bus/train station - Jerusalem)
