As a team member, you'll develop predictive models, decode customer intents, and personalize recommendation systems, ensuring the Autonomous Banker serves clients proficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Models: Engineer, implement, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM-based models to address business needs
• Collaborate on Model Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy models into production efficiently
• Conduct Research: Research the latest advancements in data science, especially in LLMs, and integrate relevant findings into our processes
• Communicate Technical Findings: Convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly
  
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrate proficient software development skills with at least two years of experience in coding, primarily in Python
• Have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in developing machine learning models, encompassing all stages from problem definition to production
• Exhibit a strong theoretical grasp of Deep Learning, NLP, attentions, transformers, foundational models, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with popular ML libraries.
