We are looking for a Backend Developer who will be tasked with challenges like extreme system loads, working in a real-time environment, and integrating with 3rd party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and manage large scale, highly available, real-time (low latency) services using cutting edge technologies (Node.js, Redis, Presto, K8s, built on AWS infrastructure).
• Work with stakeholders including the executive, product, data, and design teams to craft the optimal solutions
• Design and develop APIs or integrate with 3rd party APIs
• DevOps (service discovery, streams, monitoring, configurations, etc)
• Perform code reviews to other team members
• Assist the in-house teams and supply creative solutions
• Understand and implement security and data protection needs
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of coding experience:
• Backend (bonus for NodeJS)
• Experience with Databases (Relational or NoSQL)
• Work with one of the cloud providers: AWS, Google, Microsoft
• Experience in software life cycle and knowing how to work in an agile environment
• Comfortable with receiving code reviews, as well as giving code reviews to others
• Self-sufficient, capable of learning alone
• Can-do attitude
