Role Description

We are seeking a full-time SAP BASIS & ABAP Development Team Leader for an on-site role located at our Ramat Gan office. The SAP BASIS & ABAP Development Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of BASIS and ABAP developers in planning, designing, and implementing SAP system architecture and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, experience leading a team, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience working with SAP technologies, with a focus on BASIS and ABAP development
• Experience leading a team, including coaching and mentoring team members to achieve team and individual goals.
• Experience in planning and designing SAP system architecture, ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of SAP systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a deep understanding of SAP architectures and integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting deadlines
