Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Lead to build and lead our data team. The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in converting business and product specifications into data analytics solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders throughout the company. If you have a knack for shaping data-driven culture and building, from scratch, data analytics solutions that deliver clarity and promote data-driven decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Define the company’s data strategy and shape organizational data driven culture. (tools - market research)
• Build and lead the data analytics team.
• Deliver end-to-end Data Analytics solutions.
• Make data accessible and actionable. 
• Define and measure KPIs [especially in the fintech ecosystem].
• Data Visualization: build custom and ad-hoc reports/dashboards.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Answer business questions using data.
• Design data models. 
• Collaborate effectively with developers to define data requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI Developer.
• 3+ years of experience leading and building data structures and teams.
• Practical experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Knowledge in different statistical models [LTV, attribution models, usage].
• Practical experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, amplitude, etc.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Coding in python by using different packages. 
• Great understanding of business and data.
• Independent, proactive, and driven mindset.
• Fluent in English.
