You will be part of Mobileye's REM (Road Experience Management) department which is responsible for the automatic High Definition map-making process, which is a key technology in Mobileye's autonomous driving and high-end Driving Assistance systems.

This process involves running advanced algorithmic code in a massively parallel way, utilizing Big Data technologies, and as such is a complex system that requires a deep understanding of our map creation process as well as advanced technical abilities.

Our team is responsible for our advanced applications which are the core of the map creation process for both production and development.

What will your job look like?

• Leading high scale development tasks, utilizing Python/ Node.js within a dynamic backend environment. Your role will involve design, shaping a complex microservices architecture, harnessing various AWS services, and working with diverse types of databases to ensure our systems are cutting-edge and adaptable to meet evolving demands.
• Ownership of developing a highly scalable platform and services in a dynamic environment, utilizing the latest and cutting edge technology.
• Continually develop, adjust and improve all systems and sub systems to meet evolving customer demands.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the department.
• Integral part of a pivotal team with responsibilities directly aligned with the overarching goals and strategic vision of the organization.
  
  

All you need is:

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development
• Experience with Python /Node.js
• Experience in Spark / distributed systems
• Experience with databases
• Experience working with Redis, Kafka
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Services
