Position: Backend Team Lead

What's the job:

As a Team leader in the R&D, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and create Novidea’s product, built on the force.com Platform. In this position, you will:

· Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.

· Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more

· Recruit and mentor new team members.

What you have:

· 2-3 years of managerial experience – leading a back stack development team.

· Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.

· Experience in JAVA/C#

· Practical experience working with DB and SQL.

· Writing design documents and technical specification documents.

· High logical & Analytical abilities. excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
