You will join Intuit’s Security Research and Development organization, and lead the development of Security and Safety controls for Intuit Assist — The Generative AI-Powered Financial Assistant for Small Businesses and Consumers.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience as an established leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful software products
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience, solving complex engineering problems
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders, and experience with matrix management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  
  

How you will lead

• You will be the engineering manager responsible for the development and operations of the service, the security, and safety controls protecting Intuit’s Generative AI Operating System
• You will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and alignment with partners: Security Researchers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Policy Analysts, and Product Management
• You will think strategically and drive ‌results. You will build high-performing teams by putting the right people in the right jobs at the right time.
• You will help to innovate by thinking differently. You will lead your teams to embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers
• You will inspire others through action by creating a spirit of collaboration
