The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer. As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various data services to enable internal teams to process, store, orchestrate and consume data effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build data storage, processing, and access systems that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing and data architecture to support our business needs.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate data into our products and services.
• Ensure that our data systems are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and maintain the architecture of the Customer Service data integration process.
• Generate reports on data usage, query success rates, and improvements made.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proven experience in data management, data integration, and database design from external systems(PostGres/Mongo/OpenSearch).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, data cleaning techniques, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with CALL CENTER systems, CRM platforms, and document processing.
• Prior experience in data optimization and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Vector Store Databases- Advantage.
• Familiarity with LLM based applications- Advantage.
• Machine Learning experience- Advantage
• A proactive approach, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
