We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively to development and maintenance of the server side of an app or website using React, Node.js and related technologies. The candidate should also be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server & web applications, Node.js based applications.

Responsibilities:

• Server-Side Development: Develop and maintain the server-side components of web applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, and related frameworks. Implement robust, scalable, and efficient server-side solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are well-understood and met. Collaborate effectively to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to server and web applications, ensuring timely resolution to maintain the reliability and performance of the applications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding guidelines.
• Technology Advancement: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in server and web development. Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and techniques to enhance development processes.
• Node.js Expertise: Utilize expertise in Node.js-based applications and frameworks such as Express.js or Sails.js to build robust server-side solutions and optimize application performance.
• Version Control: Manage codebase using version control systems, such as Git, to ensure efficient collaboration, code tracking, and easy integration of changes.
• Problem-Solving: Possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills to diagnose and address technical challenges effectively.
• Independence and Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work independently when necessary and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering a spirit of cooperation and knowledge sharing.
• Communication: Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Back-End Development: Prior experience in Back-End development using Node.js, demonstrating proficiency in server-side scripting and API development.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other similar platforms, to deploy and manage web applications in cloud environments.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams to
