As a member of our AI team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll lead the development and deployment of predictive models, ensuring they remain robust and relevant in real-world banking applications. Leveraging advanced techniques, you'll decode customer intents from free-text, automatically identify the required actions to be carried out, and ensure safe, compliant and accurate communication of the outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in personalizing recommendation systems, extracting scalable insights, and translating complex data into understandable communication. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Optimize Models: Engineer, implement, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLM-based models to address business needs
- Collaborate on Model Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy models into production efficiently
- Conduct Research: Research the latest advancements in data science, especially in LLMs, and integrate relevant findings into our processes
- Communicate Technical Findings: Convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrate proficient software development skills with at least 2 years of experience in coding, primarily in Python
- Have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in developing machine learning models, encompassing all stages from problem definition to production
- Exhibit a strong theoretical grasp of Deep Learning, NLP, attentions, transformers, foundational models, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with popular machine learning libraries
- Proficiency in SQL
