Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Architect who will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage our cloud cost optimization SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will have a dual focus: creating better optimization solutions for customers and enhancing our product to deliver even more value.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Enhancement and Innovation: Lead the research and development efforts to introduce new features and capabilities to our cloud cost optimization SaaS platform for Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with the product development team to transform innovative ideas into practical solutions that enhance our product's value proposition.
2. Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with our customers to understand their unique requirements and pain points. Develop tailored cloud optimization solutions using our platform, ensuring that these solutions align with their specific business objectives and cost-saving goals.
3. Cost Optimization Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of Azure services and cloud cost optimization principles to identify opportunities for improvement in our product. Continuously refine existing features and introduce novel approaches to optimize cloud spending.
4. Proof of Concept (PoC): Engage in proof of concept activities, where necessary, to validate the effectiveness of new product features. Collaborate with customers to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
5. Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation to customers during the implementation of new features and optimization strategies. Offer guidance and best practices to help them achieve the best results using our platform.
6. Product Feedback Loop: Establish a strong feedback loop with customers to gather insights and feedback on the usability, functionality, and performance of newly introduced features. Communicate this feedback effectively to the product development team to drive product enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, with a strong focus on Azure services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform, integrated with our cost optimization platform.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cloud-related initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or other relevant languages to facilitate automation and integration with our cost optimization platform.
