Identiq is currently seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. As a key contributor, you will be involved in the development of a cutting-edge, decentralized identity validation network. This is not your typical SAAS solution; it requires forward-thinking, elegant solutions to address complex processes.

Responsibilities:

• Play a significant role in the design and implementation of highly scalable systems using a wide range of technologies.
• Develop a high-scale, low-latency, distributed composting system.
• Build and maintain a multi-party computation engine, which serves as the core technology of Identiq.
• Analyze and enhance the performance, scalability, and stability of our systems, environments, and tools.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment, where you can both learn from and mentor your team members.
  
  

Requirements:

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, work effectively as a team player, and demonstrate a proactive "get-things-done" approach.
• Have 7+ years of development experience with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Exhibit proficiency in server-side development.
• Ideally, have experience with training, testing, deploying, and monitoring real-time or near real-time machine learning models in production.
• Demonstrate experience with high-scale SaaS production services and databases.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: Golang, Java, Spring Boot.
• Show proficiency in working with Kubernetes in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Exhibit the ability to quickly grasp new languages, systems, and frameworks.
• Hold a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
