Senior Director R&D Responsibilities:

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Manager, experienced in leading development teams in a SaaS environment, with a 'can-do' approach, team player and a strategic thinker, to lead our development group.

You will be managing multi-disciplinary teams, from infrastructure to AI dealing with new technologies like Chat GPT, BI and core App technologies in the multi-channel domain.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overall authority for creating high-quality software solutions
• Establish solid, high quality development processes and methodologies
• Manage the day-to-day development teams Agile process, release cycle, design reviews and architecture decision.
• Close work with key stake holders in the organization
• Lead the R&D team’s expansion plan and long-term strategy
• Formulate solutions, guide technical orientation and regulate quality control standards
• Control the product development and testing processes
• Manage QA Automation team

Requirements:

• Managerial experience - at least 5 years of experience leading an R&D team of at least 30+ employees and over 10 years’ experience as software development
• Hands-on experience with Agile coaching development procedures
• Industry experience from enterprise solution B2B2C and digital channel domain – a major advantage.
• Solid background familiarity with C#, JavaScript, and AWS experience with a history of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent - mandatory
• A people person with leadership skills, positive energies, and excellent interface management skills
• Execution-driven with a can-do approach, and ability to engage and motivate team towards a successful delivery.
• Experience in implementing AI tools in the development process to enhance development speed and product quality – advantage
• Experience in SaaS industry and Agile – mandatory
