What You’ll Do:

The mission of the data team leader is to drive the design, build and populate sunbit’s data landscape. You’ll be coordinating between data professionals, squad leaders, product managers and your team to drive the data platform development process.

• Drive and develop the data culture in the organization
• Solve challenging data problems and utilize cutting edge data technologies to gain business advantages
• Manage, develop and mentor your data engineering team to fulfill their potential and grow the next generation of data leaders
• Build scalable data pipelines for batch and stream processing in an evolving and growing startup.
• Coordinate with squad leaders, product managers, data analysts and data scientists.

What We Need:

• 5+ years of development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader
• Hands-on experience and understanding of data architectures.
• Experience in the development and deployment of large-scale high-performance systems.
• Self-motivated, full of motivation to learn and collaborate, out-of-the-box thinker, Great interpersonal communication skills problem-solver.
• B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English
