We are looking for R&D Director to join our engineering department leadership.

What you'll do

As the R&D Director at Incredibuild, you will lead a development group of our main acceleration product, take a major part of developing new future products and reaching new markets. Making a real impact on the company KPIs and business goals.

• Provide visionary leadership to the group, shaping the direction of Incredibuild's product portfolio.
• Strategically plan, design, and oversee the implementation of Incredibuild's upcoming products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry trends.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer, with a proven track record of innovation and technical leadership.
• Industry experience from Networking, Cyber Security and Development tools companies.
• Managerial experience of at least 7 years, out of them – at least 3 years as a director / group manager, including managing team leaders / managers.
• Solid background familiarity with modern C++, with a history of delivering high-quality, performant software solutions.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of system programming (Linux / Windows)
• Hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent
• A people person with leadership skills, positive energies, and excellent interface management skills
• Execution-driven with a can-do approach, and ability to engage and motivate team towards a successful delivery.
• Motivation for utilizing and implementing AI tools in the development process to enhance development speed and product quality
