ironSource from Unity is looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Data Scientist to join the mobile Data Science team, which is responsible for the algorithmic core of ironSource’s from Unity real-time bidding network.

As an essential part of the Data Science team, you will build and improve ML systems with Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms using billions of data points.

The right candidate will have solid machine learning knowledge, strong programming skills, and a passion for cracking data science challenges.

Role:

• Develop end-to-end scalable machine learning solutions (including real-time bidding, LTV, etc.) for our online production environment
• Perform deep data analysis to evaluate algorithm performance
• Perform ongoing optimization improvements
• Lead innovation initiatives and stay in tune with the latest technologies and algorithms

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading data science projects from idea to production using various ML solutions
• At least 2 years of Deep Learning experience (especially in tabular data)
• Strong knowledge and experience with Python
• Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and programming
• Good understanding of probability and statistics
• Hands-on SQL skills
• Team player, proactive and self-sufficient

Advantage:

• Experience with Deep Learning tabular data and/or Recommender systems
• Experience in leading projects end-to-end
• Experience with Big Data frameworks (e.g. PySpark)
