Your Career

Our team is developing a new solution for one of the company's most focused products, moving quickly, using cutting-edge technologies in GCP. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Big Data Developer, passionate about real-time stream processing and database architecture, to join us and be part of a new large-scale infrastructure for stream processing (think exabytes of data!).

Your Impact

• Design and build highly scalable solutions capable of running complex analytics over vast amounts of data in near real-time
• Take responsibility and lead the development of multiple components of the system in a dynamic environment
• Actively influence the team by being a focal point and knowledge expert

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Experience developing real-time stream processing solutions
• Deep knowledge of databases and database architecture
• Deep knowledge and experience with Kubernetes architecture and deployment
• Golang/Rust/Python development
• Motivated, self-taught problem solver with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, and maintain focus

Advantageous skills

• Experience with cloud environments, GCP preferred
• Experience with other big data solutions such as Pub/Sub, Kinesis, Cassandra, Redis, and BigQuery
• Hands-on experience with stream processing solutions like Dataflow, Flink, Spark, and Airflow
• Knowledge of networking and operating systems fundamentals is an additional advantage
