What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a DevOps Product Manager to join our founding team, who can work with both our development team and our end consumers. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, strategic thinker with strong communication and market-focused, capable of designing and building product-market fits.

What You Will be Doing:

• Be a key part of the team and focus on designing, building and launching the company’s products, translating whole genome sequencing and personal data into unique insights
• Work with the company’s full ecosystem (company leadership, medical team, and IT team) to design valuable applications of genetic and LLM tools in new frontiers.
• Direct and build with the team the infrastructure, security, and data services of the product, defining and executing the technology roadmap.
• Direct the cloud infrastructure of the company.
• You will work closely with the team and will also be a key factor in the product launch and in the initial stage of establishing the company.
• Conduct discovery processes of the product
• Gather customer feedback and market research to continuously improve the product offering.
• Oversee product development budget and timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a DevOps, extra points for experience as product manager.
• Degree in computer science, software engineering or other relevant subject (preferred)
• Desire to join a project in its founding stages.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for personal development and a deep understanding of customer needs.
