Bionic is looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead that lives and breathes technology. At Bionic, you will have the opportunity to manage, design, develop and maintain out-of-the-box modules, algorithms and extensions while working with highly talented engineers.

Lead an amazing group of individuals responsible for Bionic network data sources while executing at a fast pace. Be an integral part of the research, design and development process and play a major role in making critical business decisions.

The role requires excellent managerial and communication skills as well as deep technical knowledge.

What you will do?:

• Lead an innovative team of brilliant developers and researchers in designing a powerful automated reverse-engineering engine
• Develop and design algorithms for static analysis
• Develop, test, and maintain a high-performance production architecture
• Make critical decisions on technical, architectural, product, and procedural matters
• Play a key role in developing and designing the Bionic platform
• Establish, nurture, and implement an efficient and effective research and development process in collaboration with Product Managers and other Team Leads
• Mentor team members and share knowledge, as well as manage onboarding processes
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience as a leader - managing a team and leading projects from start to finish
• Experience in working with databases, and backend software development
• Hands-on experience with networking concepts and traffic protocols
• Experience with developing and maintaining production systems
• Mentality of a team player with a sense of ownership and ability to work and make decisions under pressure
• Experience with research, reverse engineering or malware analysis
• Experience with static code analysis is an advantage
• Experience with embedded systems, low-level programming, and operating systems is an advantage
