We are looking for an experienced Deep Learning Team Leader with proven capabilities to lead the development of new products from concept to production. In this role, you will be working with a highly talented team to drive UVeye’s inspection portfolio, while leading a diverse algorithm solution of Computer Vision and Machine and Deep Learning.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Define of Machine/Deep Learning problems & solutions considered key value for the Automotive users (e.g., Used Car Managers, Service Advisors, Fleet Managers, etc).
• Design and develop novel robust and efficient Machine Learning/ Computer vision and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Combine the proper algorithm method to the problem - computer vision & Machine/Deep Learning respectively.
• Evaluate and benchmark different algorithms on unique proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience in the development and productization of Machine Learning/ Computer vision and Deep Learning algorithms.
• 3+ years of experience working on major Vision problems in the fields of Detection, Classification, and Segmentation.
• Hands-on research and industry experience in Deep Learning with an emphasis on data management and utilization.
• Experience in managing different algorithm team members such as ML & CV developers
• Experience with Major Deep Learning Frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Comfortable in the unexplored territory (deep understanding of the model technologies and what needs to be changed to suit to UVeye’s needs).
• Good communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Agility and multitasking, Independent and self-motivated.
• Good time management, task prioritization skills, and accountability.
• Excellent English.
• Experience in the fields of: Semi-supervised learning/ Unsupervised learning/ Active learning/ Reinforcement learning/ Radiance fields/ Tracking / Identification / Image Retrieval / Anomaly Detection / Pose Estimation / OCR - Advantage
