TriEye has developed a CMOS-based Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) sensing solution, known as SEDAR (Spectrum Enhanced Detection And Ranging), which leverages advanced academic research to enhance vehicle perception systems under diverse weather and lighting conditions.
This platform integrates TriEye's Raven, a high-definition SWIR sensor, and UltraBlaze, a high peak power SWIR laser illumination source.
Together, these technologies enable the SEDAR system to provide detailed image data and actionable insights, facilitating improved detection, classification, and ranging of objects.
This integration not only enhances the reliability of vehicle perception systems but also significantly reduces costs compared to traditional solutions.
