For our site in Netanya, we are looking for a DevOps Team Leader to drive automation and reliability across complex cloud and hybrid environments. In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on with infrastructure, code, and delivery pipelines. In this role you will

Lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and clarity in daily tasks

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure in AWS, On-Prem, and hybrid setups

Drive strategic adoption of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD)

Develop and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI

Stay hands-on in developing automation scripts and infrastructure components using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and modern languages such as Java

Manage containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes—EKS/OpenShift, Docker)

Implement advanced observability and monitoring practices with Prometheus and Grafana

Maintain security standards across pipelines and platforms, including vulnerability scanning, SBOM, and secure container practices

Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align DevOps vision with business and delivery goalsPromote a culture of

automation, reliability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education

5+ years of experience in DevOps, managing production-grade environments

3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams

Deep expertise in AWS, On-Prem, and hybrid cloud architecture

Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift) and container orchestration

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps (ArgoCD)

Proficiency in CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell

Knowledge of at least two programming languages among Java, Golang, Python, Rust

Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, SaltStack)

Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, SBOM management, and secure container practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Advantage – Experience with multi-cloud architecture (Azure, GCP), platform engineering, or infrastructure design
