A leading retail organization is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of its hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Own and support Azure and AWS infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and identity.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Manage network infrastructure, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Lead infrastructure automation, monitoring, patching, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Drive infrastructure security, hardening, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure / Systems Administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Practical experience managing Linux servers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong networking knowledge (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing).
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and production environments.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Fortinet / Check Point firewalls.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments, preferably in retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
