About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and real-world business adoption. This is a hands-on, user-facing role where the primary focus is on guiding, training, and driving AI adoption across different teams, combined with light technical development to build initial concepts and automations.

In this role, you will work closely with end-users and managers to uncover business needs, implement practical AI solutions, and empower teams to effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Instructional & Enablement Experience: Proven experience in technical training, instruction, user enablement, or implementation of technological tools in an organizational/educational setting- Must
• Education & Background: B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• AI Literacy & Hands-on Exposure: Hands-on experience with LLM applications, basic Agent frameworks, Copilots, or modern Vibe Coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex).
• Technical Fundamentals: Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, low-code platforms, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a passion for teaching, guiding non-technical users, and leading change.
