Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Full Stack Developer for a leading financial organization in the Shfela region

Role Overview:

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end Full Stack software solutions for the agent platform, including backend and frontend development, integration with enterprise systems, and supporting the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment

The role involves working in a complex technological environment, ensuring code quality, information security, performance, and system stability while collaborating with technical teams in an Agile environment

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Full Stack software solutions

Develop backend and frontend components for the agent platform

Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and services

Support development processes from requirements analysis through production deployment

Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and system stability

Collaborate with technical teams using Agile methodologies

Requirements:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development, including backend and frontend

Experience developing end-to-end software solutions

Experience integrating enterprise systems and services

Ability to design technical solutions with a broad understanding of system architecture

Experience writing high-quality code, performing testing, and conducting Code Reviews

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical teams
