Senior ServiceNow Implementer | Rehovot

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Implementer for a leading organization in Rehovot

Role Overview:

Lead advanced implementation and deployment phases of the ServiceNow platform, enhancing existing processes and aligning solutions with business and technological needs

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects

Design and implement ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, and Change Management

Configure and customize ServiceNow using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) capabilities and Best Practices

Work with Flow Designer, Workflow, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Service Catalog, and JavaScript

Lead requirements-gathering workshops and analyze business requirements

Prepare functional and technical specification documents

Support UAT testing and go-live activities

Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors

Train teams and provide professional guidance on solution architecture and future platform development

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow, with a strong focus on ITSM modules

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Flow Designer / Workflow, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Forms and Lists, Service Catalog, Notifications, Roles, and ACLs

Experience developing in JavaScript

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM certification is mandatory

In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes

Proven experience leading implementation projects and requirements-gathering workshops

Experience writing functional and technical specification documents

Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
