Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv

Role Overview:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, designing and implementing complex business and technological solutions from requirements analysis through Production deployment

The role involves leading end-to-end development processes, working with advanced Microsoft technologies, mentoring developers, conducting Code Reviews, and integrating AI tools into development workflows

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Design and implement complex business and technical solutions from requirements analysis to Production

Develop using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

Work with Azure Services, Plugins, Custom APIs, and integration solutions

Lead end-to-end development processes and conduct Code Reviews

Mentor developers and provide professional technical guidance

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams

Integrate advanced AI tools into daily development processes

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

In-depth development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript

Experience developing Plugins, Cloud Flows, Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and REST APIs

Experience working with Azure Services, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes

Proven experience using AI development tools daily, such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude Code

Strong technical leadership skills and experience conducting Code Reviews

Work Location & Model:

Tel Aviv, with remote work options according to organizational policy

On-site work is required during the first three months
