A leading defense company is seeking an Algorithm Development Engineer specializing in Signal Processing and Communications.

This role involves developing advanced algorithms for complex, cutting-edge systems, spanning all stages of development, from feasibility studies and research through fixed-point design, implementation support, and laboratory testing.

You will join a highly skilled development team composed of experienced engineers with deep and broad professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced signal processing and communication algorithms.
• Design and implement models and simulations using MATLAB and Python.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from initial requirements definition and research through algorithm design.
• Support algorithm implementation in FPGA and software environments.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in signal processing and/or communication algorithm development.
• High motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
