Full Stack Team Lead | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Full Stack Team Lead for an organization in Jerusalem.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide technical leadership to a Full Stack development team in a complex technological environment

Lead end-to-end system development, from database layers to user interfaces

Participate in hands-on development and lead Agile processes

Collaborate with vendors and UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Information Security teams

Improve code quality, implement secure development practices, and ensure project objectives are met

Requirements:

Over 4 years of experience in software development

At least 2 years of experience managing a software development team

6+ years of experience with Angular, particularly advanced versions such as Angular 21, including proficiency in CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and Angular Material

6+ years of server-side development experience using C#, Web API, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

Extensive experience working with SQL Server databases

Proven experience in end-to-end Full Stack development, including Front-End, Back-End, and databases

Experience working with Azure, strong Git proficiency, and familiarity with development and integration processes

Experience in Secure Coding and familiarity with information security standards

Experience managing development teams in Agile environments and collaborating with vendors and multiple technology stakeholders
