Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer | Tel Aviv

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Design and implement complex business and technical solutions from requirements analysis through production deployment

Lead end-to-end development processes and provide technical guidance

Work with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Services, Plugins, Custom APIs, and integration solutions

Conduct Code Reviews, mentor developers, and provide professional technical guidance

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Integrate advanced AI tools into development workflows

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Extensive development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript

Experience developing Plugins, Cloud Flows, Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and REST APIs

Experience with Azure Services, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes

Proven daily use of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude Code

Strong technical leadership skills and experience conducting Code Reviews
