Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and make architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core and React.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for complex business processes.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Promote development best practices and code quality throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to the modernization of existing systems and the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and React.
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead role or proven technical leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience working with databases and complex enterprise applications.
