Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Hosting Infrastructure, DevOps Manager for a government organization in Jerusalem

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead Hosting Infrastructure, DevOps and Database operations in a complex hybrid technology environment

Manage DevOps, DBA and Hosting Infrastructure teams

Oversee the setup, operation and maintenance of development and hosting environments

Work with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Containers, CI/CD, Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), alongside On-Premise infrastructure

Plan and implement new infrastructure and services

Ensure availability, stability, performance, resilience, capacity and disaster recovery of hosting and development environments

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in DevOps

At least 2 years of experience managing two DevOps teams with a combined total of at least 10 professionals

Experience managing and leading multiple technology teams in Hosting Infrastructure, DevOps and/or DBA

Experience managing and operating complex hosting infrastructure in hybrid environments combining On-Premise and Cloud

Knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Containers, CI/CD, Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
