About the Role

Our Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Senior Guidance and Control Engineer.

The role includes:

• Developing physical models in the field of missile systems.

• Developing advanced algorithms in the fields of guidance, flight control, estimation, and signal processing.

• Ability to independently design guidance, control, and estimation systems and implement them using MATLAB and Simulink.

• Implementing algorithms in C++ using OOP in a VS environment and a real-time environment.

• Experience analyzing experiments and drawing conclusions to improve algorithms.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering – Mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience developing guidance, control, and estimation algorithms for missile systems – Mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of engineers.
