A leading defense company in Be'er Ya'akov is looking for an experienced Algorithm Engineer to join a highly skilled and professional R&D team working on advanced technological systems.

The role involves developing advanced algorithms for complex systems, from research and feasibility studies through fixed-point design, implementation support, and laboratory testing.

• Develop advanced algorithms for signal processing and communications

• Develop models and simulations using MATLAB and Python

• Take part in the full development lifecycle, from initial research and algorithm definition to implementation

• Support algorithm implementation in FPGA and software

• Work closely with experienced engineers across multidisciplinary R&D teams

• Support integration, validation, and laboratory testing of developed algorithms

• 🎓 M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory

• 2+ years of professional experience in algorithm development for signal processing and/or communications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High motivation and ability to work independently

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
