Matrix is hiring a Full Stack Team Lead – Web & Mobile Applications for a leading healthcare organization.

The role includes leading a development team responsible for Web and Mobile applications, with full ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The position involves working with modern technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment, including React Native, React.js, .NET Core, and C#.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience developing complex Web and Mobile applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Mobile applications with React Native, including publishing applications to both Google Play and the App Store.
• Strong proficiency in C#, with proven experience in ASP.NET and/or Web API.
• Proven experience designing and developing Microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Experience conducting Code Reviews and implementing development Best Practices.
